本次seminar将于2月26日（周二）下午2点30分在培华会议室举行（新加坡国立大学钟基年教授莅临），期待各位老师的指导与同学的积极参与。

本次汇报的研究均聚焦国际化，简介如下：

【汇报题目1】From exports to OFDI: The effect of entrepreneurial orientation on entry mode transformation of Chinese family businesses

【摘要】This research examines whether entrepreneurial orientation (EO) will affect the decision of family businesses on expanding from exporting activities to outward foreign direct investment (OFDI). From a strategy tripod perspective, we further carry out a multi-dimensional analysis to investigate the boundary conditions of EO’s effect. Using a sample of public listed Chinese family-owned enterprises during the period 2006–2017, we found that family businesses with higher-level of EO exhibited a stronger relationship between exports and OFDI. We also found that the effect of EO depended on family generations, privatization background, industry competition, hi-tech industries, subnational institutional environment and institutional change.

【汇报题目2】国际友好城市与对外直接投资的作用机制及动态关系研究

【摘要】国际友好城市（又称姐妹城市）是一种以增进相互友谊、促进共同发展为目的地方政府间伙伴关系。如何充分、有效地发挥国际友好城市的投资促进作用是的是亟待解决的问题。本研究拟重点讨论我国地方政府的国际友好城市战略对区域及企业对外直接投资的作用机制和结果。从政府、企业两方角度， 探索政府如何更好地将国际友好城市作为“制度工具”促进当地对外投资的健康、可持续发展，以及企业如何更好地将国际友好城市作为“制度跳板”，促进自身对外投资的可持续加速、提高投资绩效，实现“实质性”而非“象征性”跳跃。
