A Number of Papers of Our School Won the Excellent Paper Award of the 15th (2020) Annual Meeting of Chinese Academy of Management

From December 12th to 13th, 2020, the 15th (2020) Annual Meeting of Chinese Academy of Management was successfully held online. With the theme of "Governance and Management Innovation in Crisis Times", three papers by the faculties and students of our school won the Excellent Paper Award, ranking among the best among many participating business schools.

The co-authored paper by Associate Professor Zhu Renhong and postgraduate student Fu Jialiang "Research on the Pre-influencing Factors of Mode Selection of the Entrepreneurial Team Governance", the co-authored paper by Associate Professor Zhu Yimin and doctoral student Zhang Jiemin "Human Customer Service or Intelligent Customer Service - Research on the Influence of Service Recovery Providers on the Effect of Recovery", and the co-authored paper by Professor Qin Xin and postgraduate student Zhou Yu, associate research fellow Chen Chen, and undergraduate students Yu Sitong, Zhou Hansen, Gan Yuqing "Research on Behavioral Double-edged Sword Effect and Future Directions" stood out, and were awarded the Excellent Paper Award of the 15th (2020) Annual Meeting of Chinese Academy of Management.

The faculty and student research teams of our school, based on practical problems, with outstanding innovative thinking and a high sense of responsibility of the times, won a number of excellent paper awards at the annual meeting. It is an affirmation of the research strength of our school, and also embodies the good results of research education of our school, which will motivate the faculties and students of our school forward on the way of exploring management practices in the new times.
