I. Institutional Background

The Doctor of Professional Accounting (DPAcc) program is dedicated to cultivating high-quality, innovative, application-oriented, and internationally competitive accounting professionals and outstanding business management talents. Graduates are expected to possess strong political integrity, adhere to academic and professional ethics, demonstrate outstanding professional competence and innovative spirit, and have an international perspective, organizational coordination skills, strategic thinking, and exceptional leadership abilities. They will be proficient in accounting, economics, and management theories, capable of creatively applying scientific methods and professional knowledge to research and address significant practical challenges, summarizing innovative accounting practices with Chinese characteristics, and actively contributing to the development of China’s independent accounting knowledge system.

1.Capital Markets and Accounting Information
2.Technological Transformation and Accounting Innovation
3.Data Science and Value Management

III. Faculty Professional Expertise

* Among full-time faculty members, 10 are under 45 years old (28%), 22 are aged 46–60 (61%), and 4 are over 60 (11%).
* Full professors account for 61% of the full-time faculty.
* 81% of full-time faculty hold doctoral degrees in accounting or related fields of economics and management.
* All 36 faculty members hold doctoral degrees (100%), with 23 (72%) having obtained their doctorates from external institutions.
* Over 50% of industry instructors serve as chief accountants (CFOs, financial directors) in large and medium-sized enterprises, financial heads in administrative or public institutions, or partners in major accounting firms, bringing extensive practical experience.

IV. Admissions and Cultivation

The program admits only full-time students under (targeted employment) status, allowing them to study while working. With a four-year academic structure, it focuses on cultivating high-level, application-oriented accounting talents with industry experience, tailored to the advanced learning needs of working professionals.

V. Quality of Admitted Students

The first cohort of admitted students demonstrates notable characteristics of high academic qualifications and strong practical experience. All students come from prestigious organizations, including government agencies, enterprises, public institutions, and non-profit organizations. Most hold mid-to-senior management positions such as Vice President, Chairman, General Manager, or Chief Accountant, bringing rich industry experience and strategic decision-making perspectives.
