"MPAcc Accounting Masters Public Welfare Lecture" Was Successfully Held in Our School

On November 21st, the "MPAcc Accounting Masters Public Welfare Lecture" was successfully held in our school. This lecture was hosted by the Accounting Society of China and the China National MPAcc Education Steering Committee, and organized by the School of Business, Sun Yat-Sen University.

First of all, Associate Professor Cai Xiang introduced the background and situation of the "MPAcc Accounting Masters Public Welfare Lecture". Professor Xin Yu donated all the lecture salary to the organizer for the establishment of MPAcc student scholarship & grant to help MPAcc students with excellent academic performance to successfully complete their studies.

Afterwards, Professor Xin Yu explained on the theme of "The Integrated Analysis Framework of Corporate Governance and State-owned Assets Supervision: Between Ideal and Reality", discussed how to define corporate governance, the integrated analysis framework of corporate governance, and the topic of state-owned assets supervision, etc. and deeply analyzed the existing problems and challenges in the current corporate governance research.

During the interactive session, Professor Xin Yu answered the questions raised by the audience in work from the perspective of theory and practice, which triggered heated discussions and lively atmosphere.

After the theme lecture, Associate Professor Cai Xiang gave a wonderful comment, and a scholarship and grant awarding ceremony was held on the spot. Professor Xin Yu presented a certificate to the students who won the scholarship and grant.
