The 1st Meeting of The 4th MBA Council of Our School Was Successfully Held
On the evening of October 20th, the 1st meeting of the 4th MBA Council of Business School, Sun Yat-sen University was successfully held in M106 of Shan Heng Hall. Yao Hailin a- director the MBA Education Center of our school, faculties of MBA Center, chairman and vice chairman of MBA/MPAcc/MPM, member of the alumni council, presidium of the 12th MBA Association, students representatives and other 100 people attended the activity. After the intense competition, members of new chairman group were elected, alumni Zhu Shengyong was elected chairman of the 4th MBA chairman group.
At the beginning of the meeting, Yao Hailin - director the MBA Education Center made a working report of the center to the chairmen, introduced the development history of MBA in the Business School over these years, and expressed the expectation for the 4th MBA chairman group. Then, Li Chan - chairman of the 12th MBA Association, reviewed and summarized the wonderful activities of this year, and emphatically introduced the innovation made by the association in the integration of development. And then, Zhu Shengyong - chairman of the 3rd MBA Council came on the stage to give a report on work, put forward the development ideas of the future council, and stated the design ideas of the new regulations. Finally, alumni Li Zejiang of MBA Advisory Committee came on the stage to introduce the work of Advisory Committee. Chen Tianlong, as the leader of the fun funning group, called on all alumni to participate in the healthy running activity of the MBA 20th anniversary.
Then came the most intense part - the campaign speech. After the host Mr. Wang Si read out the election rules and procedures, 11 excellent candidates respectively came on the stage to give election speeches and answer questions. From self-introduction, work review, future prospects and other aspects, the candidates expressed their views and attitudes, which reflected the enthusiasm and responsibility of the MBA students of Business School, Sun Yat-sen University.
After the speeches and answers of the 11 candidates, the voting began. The audience gave warm applauses to the wonderful performance of the candidates!
After the final results of the vote, MBA director Yao Hailin announced the election results of the chairman group:

Yao Hailin - director of MBA Education Center, issued the appointment letters to the members of the chairman group. Till then, the 1st meeting of the 4th MBA Council of Business School, Sun Yat-sen University came to a successful end. We are looking forward to the new council leading the association to make persistent efforts, unite alumni, be practical, diligent and innovative, to create a better MBA brand of Business School!
