Good News | Associate Professor Chen Bin of Business School Won the 2019 China Information Economics Wu Jiapei Award

On October 9, the Selection Committee of the China Information Economics Wu Jiapei Award announced that the 2019 China Information Economics Wu Jiapei Award was granted to Professor Liu Dengpan of School of Economics and Management, Tsinghua University and Associate Professor Chen Bin of Business School, Sun Yat-Sen University, in recognition of their theoretical innovations in information management and information economy.

Associate Professor Chen Bin of our school has been engaged in theoretical research on contract and mechanism design. He has made important explorations on important theoretical issues such as mechanism design based on unverifiable information, contract incompleteness, and government procurement mechanism design, and applied the theoretical results to China's state-owned enterprises pay system design, enterprise group food safety crisis prevention, SMEs innovation incentives and other important practical issues.
