Our School Won the Championship of the 7th China Management Case Competition (2019) South China Division
On July 15th, the 7th China Management Case Competition (2019) South China Region was successfully held. The competition was sponsored by the National MBA Education Steering Committee, the China Management Case-sharing Center, the China Management Case Center Alliance, and the Case Research Division of Chinese Society for Management Modernization, and organized by Guangdong University of Finance & Economics. After fierce competition, the representative teams of our school "Shansi Team" and "Light Chaser Team" won the champion and runner-up of south China division respectively. The "Shansi Team" will represent our school to participate in the national finals. Associate professor Liang Jianping - director of the Case Center, won the "Best Coach Award".

The competition focused on the case of Wenxin Company's entrepreneurial team. The teams analyzed the business opportunities, resources and teams to propose solutions. Before the competition, associate professors Liang Jianping and Zhu Renhong of our school gave careful guidance to the students.

The participating teams of our school had great performance, which was attributed to the cohesion and cooperation of the team on one hand, and the good mentoring spirit of the Business School, Sun Yat-sen University on the other hand. In order to better inherit and carry forward the good academic atmosphere of our school, the competition also invited the representatives of 2019 freshmen to observe the whole course and feel the academic atmosphere of our school in advance.
