Zhang Xiujuan is Associate Professor at the School of Business, Sun Yat-sen University of China. She received her PhD in business administration from Sun Yat-sen University. Her research interests focus on leadership, employee attitudes and behaviors. Her work has been published in International Journal of Hospitality Management, Journal of Organizational Behavior, Management and Organization Review, and others.
