Profile

• Fujing Xue is an Assistant Professor at the School of Business (Entrepreneurship School), Sun Yat-sen University, and a Master’s supervisor. She received her Ph.D. in Business Administration (Accounting and Finance) from Xi’an Jiaotong University. She also worked as a Research Assistant and Research Fellow at Lingnan University, Hong Kong.
• Her research focuses on the intersection of corporate finance, accounting, and artificial intelligence. Her research interests include artificial intelligence in business and finance, corporate information disclosure, textual analysis, and machine learning applications in accounting and finance. Her research has been published in leading academic journals, including Journal of Business Finance & Accounting, Decision Support Systems, International Journal of Contemporary Hospitality Management, Pacific-Basin Finance Journal, Management World (in Chinese), Systems Engineering—Theory & Practice (in Chinese).
• She has received research grants from the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the Natural Science Foundation of Guangdong Province, and the Shenzhen Science and Technology Innovation Commission. Her research has been recognized by the First Batch of Major Literature in Philosophy and Social Sciences in China, the Best Paper Award from Management World (in Chinese), and she also received the Second Prize in the Teaching Competition of Sun Yat-sen University.
