Our School Held a Symposium for Young Faculties

On the afternoon of October 10th, our school held a symposium for young faculties.

At the beginning of the meeting, Secretary Xie Manhua conveyed the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech at the Central Conference on Talent-related Work. The representatives spoke freely and had a heated discussion on the construction of talent and cadre teams, talent cultivation, ideological and political education in curriculum, and institutional mechanisms, etc. Discussion was also held on the construction of the school's culture, the improvement of school running conditions and the cultivation of students' academic ability, etc.

Secretary Xie Manhua said that the school will continue to optimize policies and measures in terms of the cultivation, growth and incentives of youth talents on the basis of extensive consultation.
