Team Profile

The research results of the “Corporate Finance and Financial Decisions” research team are currently in the forefront of the country. The research team has gathered famous faculties at home and abroad. All team members have a doctoral degree, and most of them have the study or visit experiences in famous overseas universities (such as Harvard University, Yale University, Stanford University, Colombia University, University of Washington, State University of New York, City University of New York, University of Waterloo, University of British Columbia, Kyoto University, University of New South Wales, etc.).

A number of research groups led by academic leaders have formed in the research fields of corporate finance and related financial decision-making. The members of the “Corporate Finance and Financial Decisions” research team have published many papers in prestigious journals, such as Economic Research Journal, Management World, Journal of Management Sciences in China, China Economic Quarterly, Journal of Finance, Journal of Financial and Quantitative Analysis, Mathematical Finance, Operation Research, Journal of Banking and Finance, Journal of Corporate Finance, Financial Management, Review of Finance, etc.

In recent years, in addition to obtaining more than 30 general programs of Natural Science Fund of China, the members of the “Corporate Finance and Financial Decisions” research team have completed or are undertaking important projects including 1 key project of Natural Science Fund of China, 2 major projects of Philosophy and Social Sciences of Ministry of Education, 4 major and key projects of National Social Science Fund, etc. A number of the achievements have won awards such as the Outstanding Achievement Award of Humanities and Social Sciences of Ministry of Education and the Outstanding Achievement Award of Humanities and Social Sciences of Guangdong Province, etc.
