嘉宾简介：

Dr Qihai Huang is Reader in Entrepreneurship and Innovation and the head of the Institute for Entrepreneurship and Enterprise Development at Lancaster University Management School. He has several years of work experience in the central government in China before his academic career. His research involves the use of both qualitative and quantitative methods to research entrepreneurship and human resource management. His work has been published in some leading international journals such as Entrepreneurship and Regional Development, Regional Studies, British Journal of Industrial Relations and International Journal of Human Resource Management.
