嘉宾简介：
Dora Lau Chi-sun（刘芷申），博士，香港中文大学工商管理学院副教授。2001年博士毕业于加拿大英属哥伦比亚大学，导师是J. Keith Murnighan教授。主要研究领域包括：团队断裂带、员工信任。Dora Lau Chi-sun是团队断裂带模型的开创者之一。在国际顶级期刊Academy of Management Review, Academy of Management Journal, 和Journal of Applied Psychology上发表多篇文章。刘教授在中文大学管理学系主管博士生招生与培养工作，对申请香港中文大学博士生项目感兴趣的同学可以在讲座后向刘教授咨询。代表作有：
