个人简介

王耀波，中山大学管理学院（创业学院）科研博士后，英国南安普顿大学会计学博士、英国格拉斯哥大学会计与金融管理硕士。主要研究方向为管理会计、管理控制与绩效管理，重点关注管理控制组合、组织混合化转型，以及人机协同与人机学习在管理控制中的应用。研究成果发表于 Accounting Forum等国际期刊。曾在英国会计与金融协会年会、欧洲管理学高级研究院相关会议等国际学术会议报告研究，并参与南安普顿大学及英国特许管理会计师协会资助项目。
