个人简介

刘芳舟,中山大学管理学院工商管理专业副教授,博士生导师。本科毕业于中山大学管理学院,随后在上海交通大学安泰经济与管理学院取得工商管理博士学位,并曾在莱斯大学琼斯商学院担任访问学者。

 

研究领域涵盖组织中的沟通、创造力与创新、医疗管理与组织行为等方面。在国内外顶尖学术期刊如《Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences (PNAS)》、《Journal of Applied Psychology》、《Human Resource Management》、《Journal of Personality and Social Psychology》、《Human Relations》、《Management and Organization Review》、《心理学报》等发表了多篇论文。此外,实践类文章还在《Harvard Business Review》、《管理视野》和《Character & Context Blog》等知名平台上刊登。获得多项学术奖项,包括MOR最佳论文奖、纪念梁觉博士论文基金及APA编辑选择奖等。同时荣获省级一流课程(人力资源管理)和校级精品课程(组织行为学、人力资源管理)等教学类奖项。
