中山大学管理学院二级教授、博士生导师，中山大学逸仙学者，康奈尔大学访问学者。曾任世界旅游教育理事会亚太理事、中国代表，先后荣获南粤优秀教师、广东省教学成果一等奖、国家级教学成果二等奖、宝钢优秀教师奖等荣誉。担任国内外重要学术组织（或委员会）负责人，包括《International Journal of Contemporary Hospitality Management》编委、中国旅游教育联盟副理事长、中国信息经济学会数智文旅专委会主任委员、广东省生态学会可持续旅游与生态管理专委会主任委员、中山大学经管学部学位评定委员会副主任委员。主要研究领域为可持续旅游与生态管理、领导力与团队管理，以及服务管理创新理念在医疗健康管理交叉学科中的探索研究。先后主持国家自然科学基金项目、国家社科基金重大项目子课题、教育部重大专项子课题及30余项省政府委托课题，指导的博士生多次获得国内外学术会议最佳论文奖。
