嘉宾简介：
Roy Chua 教授，哥伦比亚大学组织行为学博士。现任新加坡管理大学李光前商学院（Lee Kong Chian School of Business）教授和研究生课程副院长。在加入新加坡管理大学李光前商学院之前，他曾在哈佛商学院（Harvard Business School）任教。Roy Chua 教授的研究方向为创造力、信任、领导力及文化等，他的研究成果发表在Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences、PNAS Nexus、Administrative Science Quarterly、Academy of Management Journal、Journal of International Business Studies、Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes等期刊，并获得了 Academy of Management Journal的年度最佳论文奖和AOM会议的最佳论文奖。他多次获得优秀教师奖，2022年他被评为MBA和EMBA课程的最佳导师，2025年他获得新加坡管理大学杰出研究生导师奖以及李光前商学院卓越教学奖。此外，Roy Chua教授积极参与高管教育，他曾在中国银行、美银美林、高盛、屈臣氏、联合利华、新加坡知识产权局、淡马锡控股、强生等公司进行案例教学和演讲。
教学工作坊简介：
The case method is often described as discussion-based teaching. In reality, it is a disciplined craft that requires clear objectives, tight orchestration, and the ability to convert ambiguity into structured managerial insight. When executed well, it transforms the classroom from content delivery into a forum for judgment under pressure. This three-hour workshop begins with a live case demonstration, allowing participants to experience the method from the student’s perspective and observe how questioning, pacing, and board work shape analysis. The second segment distills the underlying architecture: designing a focused teaching plan (motivation, analysis, action, takeaways), shaping expectations across different audiences, and deliberately stoking structured debate that can produce genuine shifts in viewpoint.
案例教学常被视为一种以讨论为主的教学方式。实际上，它是一门专业的教学技术，需要明确的教学目标、严密的课堂组织，以及将模糊问题转化为结构化管理洞见的能力。优秀的案例教学能将课堂从单纯的知识传授，转变为在压力下锤炼判断力的研讨平台。本次三个小时的工作坊将从现场案例演示开始，让参与者以学生的视角体验案例教学方法，同时观察提问方式、节奏把控以及课堂板书如何推动分析进程。第二部分将提炼案例教学的核心架构，包括如何设计重点突出的教学方案（包含课程动机、分析、活动和要点总结），针对不同受众设定合理的课程预期，以及有意识地引导结构化讨论，从而实现观点的有效提升。
