The purpose of Ho's foundation is to "contribute to the cultivation of all kinds of management talents with integrity of ability and morality for the Four Modernizations of the motherland”. For more than two decades, the Ho's Education Foundation has been paying close attention to and fully supporting the development of the Business School. At the beginning of the foundation's establishment, not only did it spend huge sums of money to help the School to carry out infrastructure construction, purchase teaching equipment, books and materials, but also funded the construction of faculty dormitories, which greatly improved the teaching conditions and the living conditions of the faculty staffs. At the same time, in order to promote the academic development of the School, it has funded and sent teachers and students to study and exchange overseas. In recent years, in order to help students with financial difficulties in their families to successfully complete their studies, support undergraduates to exchange and study overseas, and encourage faculty staffs to work hard, the "Ho's Grants", "Ho's Outstanding Undergraduates Overseas Study Grants", "Ho's Teaching Award" and "Ho's Teaching Service Award" and other grants have been established.
