On September 17, 2012, good news came from London: Sun Yat-sen Business School (SYSBS) reached 58th in the eighth Financial Times (FT) master in management ranking and 7th in terms of Employment. This is the first time SYSBS engaged in the FT rankings.

As a new entrant to the FT master in management ranking, SYSBS also ranked in top 100 in some other criteria. The school ranked forty-eighth in International Course Experience Rank. Five out of eight subject orientations in management are in the global top ten, which are Enterprise Strategy, General Management, Entrepreneurship, Marketing and Accounting.

In the past few years, SYSBS has put much attention on introducing outstanding international faculty, improving the quantity and quality of international partners, and has progressed well in research, both national and international. In 2012, with retained AMBA and EQUIS accreditation, SYSBS is qualified and invited to take part in the FT rankings.

The Financial Times (FT) is one of the world’s leading business news and information organizations, recognized internationally for its authority, integrity and accuracy. The FT master in management ranking is based on a survey of business schools and their alumni who graduated in 2009, with criteria ranging from diversity to alumni career progression and international exposure.
